The youth representatives submitted their entries around the peace themes discussed during orientation meetings.

                

These entries included paintings, poems, essays and pencil sketches. No limitation of medium was made so that youth would fully enjoy the process of creative thinking that provided them an inner as well as outer peace.

                

Each creative thinker was rewarded with pen for peace after submission of his/her entry.

                

All these entries were collected by staff and Jury was made to evaluate the relevance of entries with the project objectives.

                

The Purpose of these entries were to maximize the awareness raising about peaceful coexistence.

                

Peace District Resource Groups established peace monuments in all target districts (Sargodha, Khushab, Chiniot, Mandi Bahauddin) after getting the peace training.

                

Initially the peace monuments were built with the involvement of local committees but later on District Resource Groups succeeded in negotiating with local government officials to incorporate this idea in government project to spread the message of peace at mass level.

                

Peace garden in Mandi bahauddin established by government is vivid example of such activities.
